Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 21, 2025

By scheduling service with Tidy Turns, you (“Owner”) agree to these terms:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Turnover Cleaning: Includes all tasks in our Standard Checklist (see attached).
  • Deep Cleaning: Priced at 3x standard rate (quoted per request).
  • Exclusions:
    • Pool cleaning (we do not service pools)
    • Biohazard/hoarder situations
    • Structural repairs

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Payment:
  • 💳 Secure card payments via Stripe (processed at service completion). Also accepted: Cash, Cashapp, Zelle
  • Additional Fees:
    • Extra laundry load outside of quote +$25
    • Outdoor grill/patio cleaning: +$50
    • Amenity restocking: +$50
    • Guest overstays fee: $50 (if guests remain on location at scheduled cleaning time)
    • Holidays: 2x rate (New Year’s Day, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, etc.)

3. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 2 sets of sheets per bed for timely turnovers.
  • Supply guest amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc.). We provide:
    • 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
    • 1 paper towel roll
    • Trash bags
  • Ensure property is vacant at scheduled clean time.

4. SERVICE LOGISTICS

  • 🕒 Start Times: Not guaranteed. Completion guaranteed before next guest arrival.
  • 🔑 Access: Owner must provide lockbox/keypad. We do not hold keys.
  • 📸 Post-Clean Photos: Provided for quality assurance.

5. CANCELLATION & FEES

  • Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for no fee.
  • No-Shows: $65 fee if cleaner arrives and service was scheduled in error.

6. LIABILITY

  • Not responsible for:
    • Damage to fragile items not disclosed in advance
    • Loss of Owner’s personal property
    • Preexisting wear/tear
  • Owner indemnifies Tidy Turns against claims from third parties.

7. TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice.

Standard Turnover Checklist

(Abbreviated – full checklist available upon request)

  • Kitchen: Sanitize surfaces/appliances, mop floors, restock starter supplies.
  • Bathrooms: Disinfect fixtures, polish mirrors, restock TP.
  • Bedrooms: Dust surfaces, make beds, vacuum (2 sheet sets required per bed).
  • Laundry: Includes (wash/dry/fold).
  • Outdoors: Grill/patio cleaning optional (+$50).

Deep Cleaning Add-Ons

  • Baseboard scrubbing, inside appliances, window tracks, comforter washing (+$35/comforter).
